Hello! Were you worried about me? Sorry to make you all worry by being tardy in giving an update! I have had a big week and a half in South Korea! Let me get to what, I'm sure, all of you are wondering about.....what it is like to ride FIRST CLASS on an airplane!! Is it what you expect? YES! Is it not what you expect? ALSO, YES! hahaha Let me explain. On the domestic flight to Detroit, it was nothing really to write home about. I had probably a little more leg room than the rest of the plane and they had a little mini bottle of water sitting on my arm rest for me. After getting settled in and up in the air, I fell asleep pretty quick. It was a short flight, so I'm not sure what a longer domestic flight would get. Now, my flight from Detroit to Incheon....THAT is something I can write about.

My apologies for the crappy photos! I had already started to get my stuff settled when I remembered I needed to take a photo first for you all! The headphones are in this little storage cubby that also had a bottle of water in it. The headphones had a special jack that matched up to the console (all my crap is on it). I was given slippers, a pillow, chair pad for when you lay down and doubles as lumbar support when rolled up, blanket, and a little goodie pouch to freshen up with. They also came around right away to give either OJ or champagne. I started with OJ.

Here I cleared my console/shelf area. You can see the slippers and pillows better too. I forgot to take a better photo, but I had this storage space waaaayyyy at the end of my foot space for my personal bag. I think my bag was a touch too big for the space because I don't think my seat wanted to lay completely flat. I think my feet would need that space too. But it is okay because I didn't have much space to sleep. Pro tip, pick the seat where the console is next to the aisle. I think I lost out on a few inches to move around. In the picture below my bag is not in the cubby hole. I was afraid I would stick out into the seat ahead of me. I wasn't, that space is completely enclosed.

Here is a picture of the little control panel I had. I could adjust the legs separately or choose a preadjusted setting. The relaxed position was pretty comfy! I would sleep for about two hours, wake up for a bit, fall back asleep for two hours. I slept the best in the lounge position. Yes, I played with all of the buttons. Yes, I tried all the settings. No, I did not try sleeping flat. I would get up and stand for a bit and then sit down and do some flutter kicks with my legs. Anything to stretch them out. I did stretch in the aisle too.

That is all I am giving for now! You must wait for the next post to see the food!! YUM YUM YUM!!!!
